Our pan mixers come with or with out linings.
The entry level pan mixer with out linings comes with a 10mm mild steel drum.
The industrial pan mixer comes with a 8mm mild steel drum and a 6 mm mild steel lining.
Customers might prefer 10mm drum and 10mm lining (with price adjustment)
The inner linings are 25mm to 35mm high (depending).
WE use right angle reduction boxes that reduce rotation from 1400 rpm to 30 rpm.
We use a direct drive high tensile steel shaft from the gear box into the pan mixer. The size of this shaft will vary according to the
inner diameter of the gear box used.
Normally between 35mm for the 210 litre to around 65mm high tensile steel for the 500 and 1000 litre.
The arms of the pan mixer will vary from 32mm for the 210 litre to 55 mm high tensile steel for the 500 litre
Our arms are not cut and weld they are bent to 90 degrees so as to avoid breaking or bending under stress.
All shoes come with 10mm linings welded to the shoes.
The shoe linings stop 10mm from the base of the drum of the pan mixer.
The shoes are welded onto the pan mixer arms and supported by flat bar.
Our pan mixers come with a 1 year guarantee. (motors and electrical switches are not covered)
